My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and modern, but I wish they were a bit more spacious. The service was exceptional, especially when we needed to switch rooms. The location was convenient for tourist areas, although a lengthy walk to Old San Juan. The dining was good for the price point, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service was outstanding; everyone I encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, conveniently situated near the cruise pier, Old San Juan, and other attractions. The dining experience was delightful, especially the made-to-order omelette station. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a great time during my stay.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and offered the best view of San Juan Bay. The location is incredibly central, and the staff was the friendliest I have encountered in a long time. I felt very comfortable, secure, and well taken care of during my stay, which was crucial as a solo female traveler.
